This tour is a real eye-opener, even for the born and bred Ghent residents among us.

The Gentertainer combines his enthusiasm and humor with all kinds of facts about the city center of Ghent and visits hidden places.

With more than 20 years of experience as an entertainer and as a true Ghent resident (born and raised at the Brugse Poort: the new Latem of Ghent ), you will discover the rich history of Ghent .

No boring set of historical dates and facts, but a fun walk with all kinds of funny and juicy stories and anecdotes.

Top of the bill: our kite who is completely absorbed in singing the Ghent national anthem, immortalized by Walter De Buck, supported by a Ghent dreupel .

This tour is the same as the Walter De Buck route but is combined with a starter, a main course and dessert.

Three courses are possible, but not necessary, and the tour can also be concluded perfectly with Ghent stew, Waterzooi, spare ribs... in one of the numerous restaurants in Ghent .

Just like in a restaurant, you can also put together your own menu à la carte and we can also provide the necessary tips, depending on your budget and taste.

The Adoration of the Mystic Lamb is a religious polyptych by the brothers Hubert and Jan Van Eyck, completed around 1432.

​

The work was stolen in Ghent by the (suspected) thief Arsène Goedertier and is recognized as one of the most influential paintings ever made.

Through (blind) tastings, famous Ghent residents, Pére Joseph... you may find out where the panel The Just Judges is located.
